    Order

    • HOW DO I DO WHEN IT SAYS “BACK IN STOCK” ON A PRODUCT?
      If the product you want is not in stock and it says “Back in stock: xxxx-xx-xx”, it means that the product is ordered from our supplier and is expected to be delivered to our stock on the specified date. However, we can not guarantee that the delivery really takes place on the set date, but as soon as we have received the products, you will get an email saying that your product is back in stock and can be ordered on our website. To receive this email, enter your email address in the box “Notify me when the item is in stock”.

     

    • HAS MY ORDER PROCESSED?
      Immediately after you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation to your specified e-mail (keep an eye on your spam if you do not have it in your inbox). Please contact customer service at customer@prhome.se if you have not received any.

     

    • AN ITEM WAS MISSING IN MY ORDER
      If you are missing an item, which you according to the order confirmation should have received, please check your order properly and if the package would be damaged. We always send all goods in the same delivery, ie no partial deliveries, but the delivery can be divided into several packages depending on the size of your selected products. If you do not find the missing product, please contact our customer service at customer@prhome.se within the last five days from the time you picked up your package. We have a routine to always weigh each shipment and note the weight, in order to be able to draw attention to or follow up whether an item is missing in a delivery.

     

    • AN ITEM IN MY ORDER IS OUT, HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
      Sometimes it happens that one of the items you put in your order has run out. If this happens, we will contact you before any delivery will take place. If part or all of the order is canceled, the amount will be refunded automatically via Klarna within 1-3 banking days. You will also receive a separate receipt from Klarna sent to the e-mail that you also use in the event of a return.

     

    • CAN I CHOOSE ANOTHER DELIVERY ADDRESS?
      Yes, you can choose to change that delivery address in Klarna Check-out. Click on the delivery address to change this.

    Payment

    • WHAT DIFFERENT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE THERE?
      We cooperate with Klarna when it comes to all different payment options for purchases via our e-commerce. When your order is packed and ready to be sent, a charge will be made through the payment method you have chosen when you placed your order. There are currently the following payment options:

      – Invoice: Free of charge for payment within 14 days.
      – Card payment: Visa and Mastercard in the country you are ordering from.
      – Pay directly: From your bank account or card. The debit takes place approximately 2 banking days after the order has been processed.
      – Account: Pay in installments at your own pace and get an account set up at Klarna.
      – Direct payment via bank: Pay via your internet bank.

     

    • CAN I CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD ON MY CURRENT ORDER?
      No, unfortunately you can not change the payment method on your order afterwards. Your order is locked and not changeable.

    Shipping & delivery

    • WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
      We cooperate with Bring and offer their services for home delivery and delivery to agents. When sent to a post office, the delivery will take place to the delivery point that is closest to the delivery address you have chosen at checkout when placing your order
      .

     

    • WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
      The shipping cost is SEK 49 for home delivery and for delivery to agents. Orders over SEK 999 are free of charge.

    Return

    • HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
      We cooperate with Bring,. If you as a customer wish to return an item, we ask you to fill in the return form and to use the return shipping slip that comes with your package. It is important that you submit your return to a Bring agent / delivery service point and that you use the enclosed return shipping note.
      If you have had your package delivered with home delivery, you must contact our customer service at customer@prhome.se because the return must be booked manually.

     

    • HOW MUCH IS THE RETURN?
      The return is free of charge and in the event of a return, only the shipping cost of SEK 99 will be charged. This amount is automatically deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

     

    • HOW LONG TIME DO I HAVE?
      As a customer of PR Home you have full right of return and exchange for 14 days. The withdrawal period starts from the day you pick up the item or receive it.
